I think the owner is very competent and very nice. Our first experience was with Mr. Howard and it was great. Second time, I got three stories as to why the air conditioner was not fixed, none were the same. The ticket was processed incorrectly and I was overcharged double what the price was...I was assured it was corrected but when I got home I found out I was charged incorrect amount. It's been 2 business days and I'm still waiting... When I left with the car there was grease on the seat belt and my shirt was ruined. I will not use them again nor will I recommend them to anyone.

When I took my car in because it was running poorly, the owner met me and told me he would call me after a mechanic looked at it. He offered me a refill on my coffee and had a girl take me to my office. Later he called me and explained what was going wrong and gave me an estimate. They called me later with an exact total. When I got there the owner met me and reviewed everything, offered me a cold drink and snack from their snack bar, and brought my car to the front door. Mr. Howard was exceptionally nice and answered all my questions. The office was clean and nice. I'm very please and will definitely return.
