This company isn't even worth the one star. I called them 12/22/2008 to unclog my sink. I was at work when they arrived 12/23/08. A family member was home. I left my credit card for payment. ****they charged $1500.00 for approximately 1 hour.*** They did not fix the sink. They caused mud and water to back up over my walls, floors, and cabinets. I had to file a claim with my insurance company for payment to the commercial cleaning crew ( because it involved mud etc from the kitchen line) I spoke to the plumber/service manager Jerry twice while he and his asst were at my home. First, he said the problem was the disposal. He then called me at work to say the problem was "really bad" and informed me that while using the a line on the sink mud, sewage, and water backed up every where. He even called the cleanup crew he said the company uses. He never once mentioned that he was charging me $1500.00 because he knew the amount was outrageous. $ 1500.00 for working indoors for approx 1 hr to unclog a sink, that he never unclogged and he caused damage to my property. That day, i was out of $ 1500.00, plus a $ 500.00 deductible to the clean up crew. When I arrived home that evening, there were three industrial fans in my kitchen to dry my walls, floors and cabinets---and still unable to use my kitchen sink. I called the company three times and i now know the person I spoke to each time is belinda gowins ( co-owner) told me someone (undentified) would call me back. She said this each time I called. No one has ever called me back. I just found out yesterday that she is the "someone that should have talked with me" She has been pretending to be just the receptionist. You decide, do you want to deal with a company that charges $ 1500.00 to unclog a sink, they never unclogged and that causes additional damage to your property, and never returns your calls????? Other plumbers I have spoken with since, all said once they determined that there was problem more extensive, they would have explained and charged me the hourly rate and then discuss with me the possibility of using them to do the extensive work. I needed a new kitchen line. I have slab foundation. **john's plumbing in trusville AL ran the new kitchen line without having to go through the foundation, they did have to dig up my flower bed, and the price was $2500.00.

We called these people out on a Wednesday night...they told us it would be an initial charge of $118.00 for the night charge. Okay...no big deal. They came out ran uneccessary pipe and did not even do IT TO CODE!!!! The pipe that was run broke in half because they used old pipe and they did not even fix the problem. They were out there a maximum of two hours....IF THAT... and charged my credit card $1728.96!!!!! DO NOT USE IF YOU WANT TO GET SCREWED OUT OF YOUR MONEY!!!!!!! We called them to have the owner call us back and he never did. We FINALLY got them back out at our house and the owner said "THEY WOULD NOT TOUCH ANYTHING OR FIX ANYTHING WIHOUT PAYMENT FIRST!" BULLSH*T!!!! I am reporting them to the BBB! HORRIBLE< HORRIBLE< HORRIBLE!!!!

what a mess

our sewage backed up into our bathtubs and we called this company, although they reponded quickly, we feel that we were ripped off and would not recommend this company to any one. First of all the problem was not fixed, and we had to call them back out two days later....on the first visit we were charged 800.00, for 20 minutes of work. On the second visit we were told that if the water backed up again then it would be an additional 400 to go in and cut the pipes. so for all that has been done is a drain stop outside was installed, ( it took less than 20 minutes to install and the pipes have been snaked out twice and if the problem happens again we are required to pay additonal for a service that has not been fixed..all and all stay away from this company, i am currently looking for a different company to do business with........wish me luck.

First of all, a sewage line that is backing up is a DEFECTIVE line - since this company did not install the sewage line, we have no control of the current condition of the HOMEOWNER'S SEWAGE LINE, nor do we have any control over what is put down the sewer line. The line was cleared at our visit or else the line would not have flowed at all. The second charge was to REPAIR the defective sewer line. We pride ourselves in the quality of our workmanship and services and it concerns us when a customer is unhappy; however, we cannot be held responsible for a sewage line that is defective that we did not originally install.

Could not Believe
