NO Customer Service

I am new to the area and needed a vet for my Yorkie. I called and told them I needed some information and I was placed on hold. No one ever came back to the telephone. I was on hold four minutes or so. I now see for myself why the rating is so poor on yellowpages.com. Due to the poor customer service, I called Altadena Valley Animal Clinic and was very pleased.

This vet is very deceiving- I told them what I wanted as far as shots and checkup, and they did about $100 more than I asked. All of which was not necessary and I was not even asked if I wanted anything extra. I would recommend indian springs animal clinic they won't overcharge you and they're much nicer!

I took my class pet rabbit to be "fixed" and they were so caring. They even called the school and told my students that our rabbit was doing well. They are all very thoughtful. I really appreciated all they did for me.

I used the groomer Angela there and she was TERRIBLE!! She shaved my dog after I SPECIFICALLY told her not to! She told me she had no choice which was a lie. She obviously was just lazy and bad at giving long hair dogs a hair cut. He came out crying to me and was scarred the rest of the day. I would never trust my dog her care ever again!!

I take my dog to these guys and they are great. The staff are caring and the vets are wonderful. I feel one of the best vets in Birmingham.
