I was amazed at how the Burleson Firm handled my case! This experience was wonderful. From the first phone conversation we had, which was before I hired them, I felt comfortable and like I would be taken care of. My feelings were right, because everything went just right. I was updated on almost a daily basis with the progress of my case, and was able to call at anytime with questions that I had. This was my first experience with a lawyer working with me, and I was satisfied with everything that happened. I found The Burleson Firm on yellowpages.com and called for a 'first impression interview'; (I'm in Michigan but we needed a lawyer from Alabama.) From the first time I talked to Tonya Frazier Burleson, I knew she would be aggressive and do anything it took to fight for us. She was relentless in investigating and putting two-and-two together to find solutions, evidence and theories to win our case for us. She genuinely cares about our family and the well being of our child and did anything it took to make sure the custody case was ruled in our favor. I gained so much respect for Tonya and was never worried, from thousands of mile away, that she was working hard towards our common goal of full custody with supervised visitation. She was honest, hard hitting and kept us a part of the process throughout the multiple step trial process. Most people have a stigma towards lawyers, pre-conceived notions that they rip you off, etc...I never once got that feeling about Tonya Frazier Burleson; as a matter of fact, having her fight so hard for us made her feel like part of our family - I wished we lived closer so that we could invite her to all of the milestones we will have as a family.
