This bad imitation of a euro-dive, is over-rated. The staff is rude, the drinks watery. I suggest they read the " how to be a fake hipster manual" again.Caution: Dont feed the frat boys.

The Blue Monkey is a super fun place to hang out in Birmingham. Their martinis are fabulous! They are open Tuesday through Saturday and have Happy Hour everyday. Tuesday is my favorite night; they have $5 martinis (that are still large). The food is good and the atmosphere is very upbeat and fun. Great, upscale place to hang out with friends.

For a great and relaxed time, the Blue Monkey Lounge in Birmingham is the place to be. They are open Tuesday through Saturday from 5 p.m. until 2 a.m. They have Happy Hour from 5 to 7 every night. If your hungry and need a bite to eat, they offer great appetizers and sanswiches that are served until midnight. The inside is so relaxing and very comfortable. Anyone is sure to have a nice time at the Blue Monkey.

The Blue Monkey is a bar for the upscale clientele. Their specialty is serving martinis. If you go on Tuesday night, the Blue monkey has "Tini-Tuesdays," where a selection (that is fairly large) of martinis are $5. This is a bargain considering each martini comes basically with 2 servings. The lounge has several areas of the bar from the TV room to just sitting at the bar. The best place to hang out is on the outdoor patio on a nice night.
